Our client is a sizable department store with a wide range of Japan-import products, they are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager to support it's business expansion in Hong Kong.
Formulate and implement brand and promotion strategy to drive the brand performance and business growth Lead the team on planning and execution of marketing calendar and promotion activities, collaborate with category team on regular promotion programs Plan and execute ATL, BTL, Digital & Social Media, PR & Events to enhance the brand awareness Manage A&P budget and allocation Conduct market research and analysis, keep track competitors' activities and market trend; analyze business data to obtain market and consumer insight for develop brand strategy Requirements: Bachelor in Marketing or related disciplines Minimum 10 years retail marketing experience gained from chain stores/ FMCG; with minimum 5 years at managerial level Strong leadership and people management skills Proactive, dynamic and able to work under fast-paced working environment Strong business acumen and analytical skills
