Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails & make follow-up calls to customers

  • Complete customer requests via non-call channels including fax, email and other systems within designated time frame.

  • Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately

  • Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases

Requirements :

  • DSE or Diploma in business discipline

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years related customer service experience

  • Energetic, well-organized and able to work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese

  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
